Fees

Application fee

- Application (admissions evaluation) fee: USD 30, payable with the application.

Tuition fees (by year group and per term)

- Detailed tuition rates by grade and by term are not published publicly. Parents must obtain the school's official fee schedule (the Registration Contract and fee schedule are provided during registration). The Admissions Office requires completion of application and registration steps prior to selecting a payment plan.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Families select a payment plan at registration; the school's Registration Contract specifies the available billing schedules and payment deadlines. Specific per-term or per-month billing dates and late‑payment terms are set in that contract and are not published in the public admissions material.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not offered; Saint Joseph School operates as a day school (Early Education through Grade 12). Boarding fees are therefore not applicable.

Other costs and fees

- Registration / enrollment paperwork: a completed Registration Form and Registration Contract are required at enrolment.
- Additional household costs commonly charged by schools (uniforms, textbooks and workbooks, school supplies, extracurricular/activity fees, field trips, meals, and optional transport) are applicable but individual amounts and whether each is billed separately are not published in the publicly available admissions materials. Exact amounts for these items are provided in the registration packet / fee schedule.

Refund information

- Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Registration Contract provided at registration; specific refund amounts, deadlines, and conditions are not published in the publicly accessible admissions material.

Fee payment options

- Parents choose a payment plan at registration; the publicly available admissions information does not list the school's accepted payment methods (for example: which credit cards, bank transfer details, or online payment platforms are accepted). Payment-method details are provided with the Registration Contract and at the time parents select their payment plan.

How to obtain the full, current fee schedule

- For the official, itemised fee schedule for the upcoming academic year and for complete billing terms (including any per-grade, per-term amounts and schedules), contact the Admissions Office or the school's main contact channels. The school's admissions page and contact information list the Admissions Office phone and the school email for enquiries.
