The campus has purpose-designed learning spaces to promote collaboration, innovation, and exploration. The cafeteria is in-house and offers a freshly prepared lunch daily, with a snack bar available to Middle School and above, while Early Years snacks are served in classrooms. The Visual Arts program features the C-Gallery, an on-campus exhibition space that celebrates student creativity. The athletics facilities include an indoor basketball court and a grassy field used for soccer. Extended Learning provides recreational options such as roller skating, tennis, jiu jitsu, and frisbee.
The school offers volleyball, basketball, soccer, and swimming as core sports. The athletic calendar runs across three seasons with fall volleyball, winter soccer and basketball, and spring girls basketball and boys soccer. Teams practice regularly and compete in league events, with schedules posted on the Athletics site. An Athletics Director oversees the program and can be contacted for questions. In Extended Learning, recreational sports such as roller skating, tennis, jiu jitsu, and frisbee are offered.

Academia Cotopaxi American International School in Quito is a private, coeducational day school serving ages 1 through 18. The curriculum combines International Baccalaureate (PYP and DP) with an American high school program, offering three diplomas: United States High School Diploma, Ecuadorian High School Diploma, and the IB Diploma. The IB Diploma is open to all high school students, and AC was among the region's first IB World Schools.
