Intercambios to Germany are offered, including exchanges with partner schools, language trips in Germany, and internships for the second year of Bachillerato; about 80 students participate each year.

Colégio Alemán Humboldt Samborondón offers a bilingual, bicultural education for ages 1 to 18.
