Tuition structure, billing schedule and payment terms
- The matrícula (enrollment) is charged once per academic year. The pensión (tuition) value is charged pro‑rata and collected over ten monthly payments (ten months). For early‑childhood services (0–36 months) the pensión may be collected over ten to twelve months as specified for that level.
- The school indicates optional services (transport, insurance, platform licenses, supplies, uniforms) are billed separately and may have their own payment schedules (see the sections below).

Payment schedule examples
- Core tuition (pensión) is typically distributed into ten monthly installments (commonly billed September through June). The matrícula is payable once at enrollment.

Payment methods and options
- Accepted methods for school services and third‑party platforms include bank deposits/transfers and card payments (debit/credit). Some digital platforms used by the school also accept PayPal or online card payment. Payment vendors for school materials and platforms publish specific instructions for bank transfer, card and PayPal payments.
- Payment timing options: tuition is structured as a one‑time matrícula plus monthly (10‑month) pension installments; transport and other annual optional services are also commonly split across 10 monthly payments.

Boarding / residential fees
- Boarding is not offered as a regular service by the institution; there are international exchange arrangements (home stays or external host facilities) for specific programs, but no school‑operated boarding fees are listed.

Other compulsory and optional costs
- Transport (optional): Sectorized, door‑to‑door service contracted through an operator. Cost ranges stated at USD 82.00 to USD 112.00 per month, billed as an annual contract distributed over ten monthly payments (September–June).
- Accident insurance (optional/annual): A personal accident insurance program is offered for the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 cycles (managed through an external insurer) and carries its own premium and coverage schedule.
- Uniforms: Uniforms are supplied through an approved vendor (provider Skole for 2025–2026); uniform pieces are itemized by gender and grade and are purchased separately from school fees. Prices are set by the uniform supplier.
- School supplies and textbooks: Supply lists are provided by grade for 2025–2026; items not provided by the school are purchased separately. Costs for books, classroom platforms and licenses (examples: ALEKS USD 36 per student; RazPlus USD 31 per year for certain platforms) are additional and billed or purchased through the indicated vendors.
- Cafeteria / meals and extracurricular activities: these are treated as separate services with their own charges when applicable. Specific menus are published for preschool, primary and secondary; meal charges are separate from matrícula and pensión.

Refunds and unauthorized charges
- Any charge for concepts not authorized by the National Educational Authority must be refunded to the payer; the institution is required to refund unauthorized rubrics and is subject to regulatory oversight regarding costs and their disclosure. Matriculation and pension values are regulated and published under the relevant authorization.

How amounts are presented (units and totals)
- The values published as “matrícula” are one‑time charges (USD amounts shown above). The values published as “pensión” are the authorized monthly pension amounts; standard practice at this institution is to collect the pension over ten months. The annual tuition total shown above is calculated as matrícula + (pensión × 10).

Brief note on academic‑year coverage and availability of published schedules
- The most recent official authorization of maximum matrícula and pensión values found is the Ministry resolution that sets parameters for the 2024–2025 academic period; the site also publishes 2025–2026 operational items (supply lists, insurance, uniform provider, transport rates) but a separate published fee authorization explicitly labeled 2025–2026 or 2026–2027 was not located. The core authorized fee values above are those in the official cost resolution.
