Parent Experience

Community, involvement and what it's like to be a parent at this school

History

The school began in 1973 in a house in the El Pinar area, welcoming 93 students from pre-kindergarten to second grade with 11 full-time teachers. In 1978 the first graduating class completed their studies, and in 1979 the school moved to its own campus in Carcelén, a pioneering campus for its time. The Puembo campus later celebrated its 50th anniversary, and more than 1,500 graduates have since attended prestigious international and national universities, becoming leaders who contribute to their communities. Personalization defines learning, and the school promotes socio-emotional well-being as part of students' holistic development. The mission is to be a family that instills values to contribute to a better world through personalized and holistic education, forming leaders with social skills, critical thinking and intercultural respect; the strategic vision is organized around four transversal axes.

Community

The school leads prestigious intercollegiate events at the national level, including the Alberto Einstein National Intercolegial Physics Contest, the Ana Frank – Interpretatio Literature Contest, the Festival Intercolegial de las Artes, CAENU (Model United Nations), and CAENU Junior Model United Nations. The Development Program offers Service, Sports, Arts and Music, Robotics, Multiedad and Social Skills to foster well-being and an international mindset. The community also features testimonials from families and alumni, reflecting ongoing engagement with the school. Noticias and events highlight graduate outcomes, including universities to which graduates have been admitted.
