Uniform is required for all students. The school has daily, sports and swimming uniforms. For boys, hair must be kept short, above the earlobe and not beyond the shirt collar. Entry without being shaved is not allowed, makeup is not permitted, and extravagant hair dyes or ostentatious accessories are not allowed. Piercings and tattoos are strictly prohibited.
The school canteen, managed by Hanaska, provides a daily menu with soft and vegetarian options. Water and food quality are controlled through clinical laboratories and the Provincial Directorate of Health.

SEK Quito International School delivers the International Baccalaureate continuum for students aged 2 to 18, from preschool through high school, in Quito, Ecuador.
