All students must wear the British Ramses School uniform at all times. Summer uniforms are dark red for Foundation/CP and light yellow for Lower Secondary/IG, with a white PE T-shirt; Winter adds long-sleeved T-shirts in red/blue or yellow/blue, a white PE sweatshirt, dark blue trousers, and a blue or waterproof jacket. The uniform should be clean and neat with white socks and black or white shoes, and makeup, nail polish, piercings, and colored head coverings are not allowed; uniforms can be purchased at Rose Marie stores in Heliopolis or Eagles Stores in Maadi.
The school is affiliated with the Evangelical Synod of the Nile, the Higher Council of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Egypt, and is part of a network of 24 Synod of the Nile educational establishments. It is accredited by Cambridge International Examinations and Edexcel, and licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Education.
British Ramses School Katamya offers a British curriculum for students aged 4 to 18, delivering Cambridge Primary and Cambridge IGCSE programmes. The school is Cambridge International Examinations certified and licensed by the Ministry of Education, with Edexcel certification to offer Edexcel International Academic Qualifications. Opened in 2013, it is affiliated with the Evangelical Synod of the Nile (Higher Council of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Egypt). The campus features laboratories, libraries, PE spaces, a playground and sports facilities to support a comprehensive study program. The curriculum supports language learning with supervision in French and German, and art education is led by an Art Supervisor. The school emphasises analytical and creative thinking, and promotes student activism and positive contributions to the school, community, country and world. A safety-minded environment is paired with close partnerships among teachers, parents and administration to ensure individual attention. Leadership and well-being are supported by dedicated staff including a Student Affairs Manager and Well Being Supervisor.
