Central to academic life at CADMUS Alburouj is the SABIS Educational System, which includes an international curriculum. The curriculum covers Kindergarten through Grade 12 and enables students to develop fluency in English, Arabic, and a world language of their choice. There is strong emphasis on English, mathematics, and the sciences in Secondary School, where students prepare for external exams such as IGCSEs and AP. Social studies, music, fine arts, physical education, psychology, business and economics, computer studies, and other non-traditional subjects are integrated into the curriculum, with teaching methods that actively engage students and frequent assessment; a 360° view of progress is maintained, and there is a strong student-led component through the Student Life Organization.
Music will be an integral part of school life. Students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 learn music theory, history, and play instruments (recorders and percussion). They can perform in choir concerts and annual music shows, including a classical concert and a talent show. Kindergarten and Primary School students perform twice a year at summer and winter concerts. Art is also important; all students have art classes KG through Grade 12, and the Art curriculum covers drawing, painting, mosaic, collage, glass painting, stenciling, printing, beading, and more, with opportunities to participate in art-related clubs offered by the Student Life Organization.
