The campus comprises a single central building that houses administration offices and Pre-K through Grade 12 classrooms. It includes 2 Computer Labs, 2 Science Labs, 3 Libraries (one for KG, Elementary, and one for Middle and High Schools), a Clinic, 2 Lab Preparation Rooms, 2 Art Rooms, 2 Music Rooms, an Inventory Room, a Bookstore Room, and an Archive Room for student assessment files. The grounds feature a spacious playground, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a well-equipped gymnasium. A Cafeteria, 2 large mosques, and a covered semi-Olympic swimming pool complete the campus.
The school provides a range of sports facilities on and around campus. There is a basketball court and a tennis court for court-based play. The gymnasium is spacious and well equipped for indoor activities. The covered semi-Olympic swimming pool supports swimming programs and activities.
The academic spaces include 2 Computer Labs and 2 Science Labs for hands-on learning. There are 3 Libraries serving KG, Elementary, and Middle/High School students. Beyond the classroom, CMIS offers extracurricular activities through Art, Music Club, Drama Club, Ballet, Fashion, and Events. Art Rooms and Music Rooms support participation in arts activities. Drama Club and Ballet provide opportunities for performance and movement. Fashion activities and events are part of the school's after-school offerings.
CMIS is a girls' day school in Cairo, Egypt, offering an American curriculum with Advanced Placement. The core program follows Common Core standards and aligns with the vision, enabling teachers to tailor texts and activities to foster creativity and higher‑order thinking. From Pre-K through Grade 12, students study language arts, mathematics, science aligned to Next Generation Science Standards, social studies, French and German, physical education, art, music, computer studies, and Qur'an.
