Capital International Schools have two campuses, American and British, in New Cairo. The school has play areas, art studios, lecture halls, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, and 700 m3 soccer courts. Classrooms are spacious, bright, ventilated, well-furnished, and equipped with smart boards and high-tech teaching solutions.

Capital International Schools in New Cairo operates two campuses: Main Campus and Lotus Campus, serving learners aged 3 to 18. The school offers American, Cambridge and IB Diploma Programmes, with MYP in Grades 9–10 and DP in Grades 11–12. Entry groups run from Year 1 to Year 12, with DP1/DP2 available. The American stream allows selecting a second language: French, German or Spanish.
