Billing schedule & payment terms
- Tuition is billed in four instalments across the academic year; the first instalment is payable on acceptance to confirm the place (first instalment due in April, where applicable).
- Late‑payment penalties, exact instalment due dates, and full contract terms are applied by the school at registration (standard practice reflected in the published fee schedule).

Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable: El Alsson NewGiza operates as a day school (no full or weekly boarding provision listed).

Other compulsory or typical additional costs
- Transport (school bus): E£ 24,000 per year (annual transport charge as published). After‑school activities or weekend events that require an extra bus may be surcharged.
- External examination and test fees (for international exam bodies) are not included in the tuition figures and are charged separately.
- Books and many school activities are included in the published tuition for the 2025/2026 fee figures.
- Uniforms and personal equipment are additional costs (amounts vary and are charged separately).

Refunds & non‑refundables
- Enrollment and admission fees are treated as non‑refundable. Other refund arrangements (for example partial tuition refunds on mid‑year withdrawal or deposit refunds) are governed by the school's published fee and admissions policy; enrollment/admission fees are explicitly non‑refundable.

Discounts & sibling policy
- Sibling discounts and concessions are applied according to the school's policy (examples published previously include reduced enrollment fee for additional children and percentage discounts on tuition for third and fourth children). Specific discount tiers should be confirmed at registration.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer (local banks), cash, credit card, and a range of local online payment gateways and bill‑payment channels. Specific listed channels previously include Amazon Payment Services (Payfort), NBE gateway (PayTab), Fawry, BelCash, QNB, and CIB; card payments may incur a handling fee depending on the provider.

Practical notes for payment & confirmation
- To confirm an offered place, the first instalment (and any applicable enrollment fee) must be paid by the deadline stated in the offer letter; instalment dates and payment receipts are processed by the school's finance office. The school publishes a formal schedule of instalment due dates and accepted payment channels as part of the offer/registration pack.

(Figures above are presented as published for the 2025/2026 academic year; tuition is shown both annually and as four equal instalments to match the school's published billing schedule.)
