The school has a full uniform consisting of green tops and dark grey pants or skirts with the EIS logo. The uniform shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and again from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
A meal plan is available for Foundation Stage 1 to Year 2, offering breakfast and lunch or lunch only. Pupils from Year 3 and above can purchase meals from the school canteen. Each pupil is issued a cafeteria card that parents can recharge at the finance office.
The school has a House system with four houses: Samurais, Knights, Gladiators, and Musketeers. Students earn points through academic achievements, sports, and community service; regular house challenges and events foster teamwork, leadership, and school spirit.
The school is part of Ethos for Educational Services. It has no other branches and is not affiliated with any other school.
Ethos International School is a British international school in Egypt, located in Sheikh Zayed City, Cairo. Since its founding in 2015, Ethos has delivered British education designed to nurture the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally. The campus spans 14,000 square metres and was conceived with sustainability in mind, providing space. The school follows the Foundation Stage with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, Primary aligned to the National Curriculum of England, and Lower/Upper Secondary under the Cambridge International Curriculum for IGCSE and A-Levels.
