The cafeteria serves 600–750 meals daily with balanced options and no fried foods, and vegetarian meals are available on Sundays. The library contains English and Arabic books, audiobooks, and is equipped with a computer and an interactive whiteboard; there are four science labs, 52 classrooms, and more than 20 specialized rooms, with every classroom equipped with a smart board, computer, and speaker. Sports facilities include a multi-purpose court, a gymnastics hall, safe playgrounds, and football and other courts; an on-site clinic provides health care with a school doctor and nurses.
Ethos provides a multi-purpose court for various athletic activities and a gymnastics hall fully equipped for training. Playgrounds are designed for safety and developmentally appropriate activity. Multiple football and other courts support Physical Education and extracurricular programs.
