How the annual fees are presented
- The published fee schedule breaks fees into three annual components: Tuition; Educational Resources, Day Trips & Accreditation; and Canteen. These component amounts are stated in Egyptian Pounds.
Billing schedule and payment terms (deadlines and amounts described in the school enrolment guide)
- On or before Thursday 4 April 2024: a fixed down payment per grade level is required and 100% of transportation fees (if applicable).
- On or before Thursday 6 June 2024: 40% of the tuition fees (down payment), 50% of the educational resources & trips (down payment), and 50% of the canteen fees (if applicable).
- On or before Thursday 5 December 2024: 50% of the tuition fees, 50% of the canteen fees (if applicable), and Ministry of Education (MOE) exam fees (if applicable).
Per-term breakdown (calculated from the published annual figures and the published payment schedule)
- Note on calculation: the enrolment guide lists a “fixed down payment per grade level” but does not state that fixed-down amount. The guide explicitly lists later instalments of 40% and 50% of tuition. Assuming the fixed down payment equals the remaining 10% of annual tuition (this is an inference used only to produce per-term numeric breakdowns), the instalments would be as shown below. The payment schedule in the brochure is used for the instalment percentages.
CH (Beginners / CH1 / CH2) — annual component totals: Tuition EGP 143,600; Resources EGP 20,000; Canteen EGP 14,800. Per-term instalments under the interpretation above:
- Fixed down payment (inferred 10% of tuition): EGP 14,360.
- June instalment (40% of tuition + 50% resources + 50% canteen): EGP 57,440 + EGP 10,000 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 74,840.
- December instalment (50% of tuition + 50% canteen; MOE exam fees if applicable not quantified): EGP 71,800 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 79,200.
- The second 50% of the resources (EGP 10,000) is not allocated explicitly by the three-item schedule above; the enrolment guide's payment schedule lists 50% resources as a down payment but does not detail when the remaining 50% will be collected.
Grade 1–5 — annual component totals: Tuition EGP 153,400; Resources EGP 24,000; Canteen EGP 14,800. Per-term instalments under the interpretation above:
- Fixed down payment (inferred 10% of tuition): EGP 15,340.
- June instalment: EGP 61,360 (40% tuition) + EGP 12,000 (50% resources) + EGP 7,400 (50% canteen) = EGP 80,760.
- December instalment: EGP 76,700 (50% tuition) + EGP 7,400 (50% canteen) = EGP 84,100.
- Remaining 50% of resources (EGP 12,000) is not allocated explicitly by the payment schedule above.
Grade 6–8 — annual component totals: Tuition EGP 163,000; Resources EGP 26,000; Canteen EGP 14,800. Per-term instalments under the interpretation above:
- Fixed down payment (inferred 10% of tuition): EGP 16,300.
- June instalment: EGP 65,200 + EGP 13,000 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 85,600.
- December instalment: EGP 81,500 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 88,900.
- Remaining 50% of resources (EGP 13,000) is not allocated explicitly by the payment schedule above.
Grade 9–10 — annual component totals: Tuition EGP 173,000; Resources EGP 29,000; Canteen EGP 14,800. Per-term instalments under the interpretation above:
- Fixed down payment (inferred 10% of tuition): EGP 17,300.
- June instalment: EGP 69,200 + EGP 14,500 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 91,100.
- December instalment: EGP 86,500 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 93,900.
- Remaining 50% of resources (EGP 14,500) is not allocated explicitly by the payment schedule above.
Grade 11–12 — annual component totals: Tuition EGP 187,000; Resources EGP 33,500; Canteen EGP 14,800. Per-term instalments under the interpretation above:
- Fixed down payment (inferred 10% of tuition): EGP 18,700.
- June instalment: EGP 74,800 + EGP 16,750 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 98,950.
- December instalment: EGP 93,500 + EGP 7,400 = EGP 100,900 (MOE exam fees if applicable are additional and not quantified).
- Remaining 50% of resources (EGP 16,750) is not allocated explicitly by the payment schedule above.
Siblings discount and other charge adjustments
- Sibling discounts: 10% off basic tuition (and 50% off advance payment fees) for the second child; 5% off basic tuition (and 50% off advance payment fees) for the third child; 10% off basic tuition (and 50% off advance payment fees) for the fourth child and onwards. Sibling discounts do not combine with other discounts.
Boarding fees
- No boarding or residential fees are listed in the published enrolment guide or the school's campus information; the school operates from the New Giza day campus and lists canteen and transportation as applicable extras rather than boarding. No separate boarding fees are published.
Other costs and fees (explicitly stated or referenced in the fees material)
- Canteen: annual charge is listed by grade group (see component amounts above).
- Educational resources, day trips & accreditation: annual amounts are shown by grade group (see component amounts above).
- Transportation: the enrolment guide requires 100% of transportation fees (if applicable) to be paid with the fixed down payment; transportation amounts are not listed in the guide.
- MOE exam fees (if applicable): mentioned as payable on the December instalment; amounts are not stated.
- Uniform and supply items: the school requires purchase of uniform items from the school store and publishes uniform and supply lists, but the brochure does not list uniform prices.
Refunds and cancellations
- The published enrolment guide and associated admissions materials that list fees and instalment deadlines do not specify detailed refund amounts or a refund table; MOE exam fees and some other charges may be listed as payable but refund terms for withdrawal or cancellation are not quantified in the fee brochure. For refund or withdrawal terms, the school's financial or student services contact is listed in the admissions material.
Fee payment options and contacts
- The fee brochure provides finance and student services contact details for invoicing and payment arrangements, but it does not itemise payment methods (for example: bank transfer, credit card) or specific payment portals in the published fee document. Parents are directed to the school's admissions and finance contacts for payment arrangements. Finance contact details are provided in the admissions/enrolment materials.
Notes and clarifications used in these figures
- The numerical annual fee components (Tuition; Resources, Day Trips & Accreditation; Canteen) and the payment-deadline schedule above are taken from the school's published enrolment guide. The per-term instalments presented for each grade group apply the enrolment guide's instalment percentages; where the enrolment guide does not state a specific fixed down-payment amount or the final instalment for remaining resource charges, a 10%-of-tuition fixed down-payment has been inferred to produce a clear per-term example and the remaining resource balance is noted separately. The enrolment guide's siblings discount rules, transportation payment instruction, and MOE exam fee reference are included as stated.
