GEMS Egypt offers four types of scholarships. Academic Scholarships provide 50% or 25% school fee remission for Years 10–12 (up to 10 scholarships in total in the initial year across both British Schools); eligibility includes an average not less than 90% in the relevant year groups and strong extra‑curricular achievements, with shortlists interviewed by school leaders. Top Attendance Scholarships offer 50% fee remission and consist of two scholarships per British School; eligibility requires high attendance (notably 90% in IGCSE/A‑Levels) and strong academic performance, plus leadership indicators. Co‑Curricular Scholarships provide 15% fee remission for outstanding contribution in co‑curricular programs (e.g., STEM, Sports, Performing Arts, Visual Arts), with potential recognition from external organizations. Academic University Awards provide 10% of the annual tuition cost to graduates of British International Schools, with the possibility of additional university scholarships and incentives; GEMS Egypt Higher Education Scholarship covers up to 2 students per year for the first year of study, based on university placement. GEMS Egypt reserves the right to offer a Foundation Scholarship of up to 100% fee remission to exceptional students on a case‑by‑case basis. One of the above categories may be a World Academy of Sport Scholarship for exceptional athletes. Attendance and academic eligibility criteria, interview processes, and other details are outlined in the scholarship booklets.
