Football Court provides outdoor playing space for team and individual sports. Pool provides aquatic facilities. Multi-Purpose Hall supports indoor physical activities.

GEMS International School Cairo opened in 2022 in Rehab 2, New Cairo, as the first purpose-built, high-tech, environmentally conscious GEMS IB Continuum school in Egypt. It serves students from Pre-K through Grade 12 (ages 3 to 18) and plans to enroll just under 1,400 students in 2026-27. The IB Continuum emphasizes inquiry, action, and reflection, with MAP assessments three times a year for Grades 2–11.
