Established in 2009, El Rabwa Group started Global Paradigm International School (GPIS). GPIS opened in September 2010 and is El Rabwa's flagship institution, building a name and reputation in Egypt's international education scene. Global Paradigm Baccalaureate School (GPBS) was established to meet growing demand, welcoming its first students in the 2021/22 academic year. GPBS offers two sections: an IB Section (PYP, MYP, DP) fully authorized for the IB, and a British Section accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), Pearson Edexcel, and Oxford AQA. The El Rabwa Group's mission is to develop a chain of schools that uphold high standards of teaching and learning to produce young citizens with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others, and the courage to act on their beliefs.
GPIS maintains a vibrant school community with events such as World Scholars Cup and GPIS Model United Nations (MUN), the Student Council elections and related ceremonies, and an International Week aligned with global perspectives. The GPIS calendar also includes Peace Week and other school-wide observances, reflecting an active schedule of community life. The campus supports learning through facilities including classrooms, computer labs, libraries, a STEM room, science labs, and sport facilities.
GPIS is a private international co-educational day school in Egypt serving ages 2–18 (Pre-K to Grade 12). It offers an American Curriculum for Pre-K–12 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for Grades 11–12. The High School emphasizes Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, with broad electives and a focus on reading proficiency. The Elementary program follows the American Program with Common Core Standards for Language Arts and Mathematics, includes core subjects plus Arabic and Religion, and uses project-based learning, with Music, Art, Information Technology and Physical Education. Established in 2010 by El Rabwa Group as its flagship, GPIS sits on the largest school complex in Egypt, featuring high-tech classrooms, libraries, science labs, computer labs, a VR-powered STEM room and extensive sports facilities.
