Well-being is central to GPIS's approach, with a dedicated team supporting students' socio-emotional health alongside academics. The team includes Counselors, Assistant Counselors, a Psychologist, a Student Development Coordinator, a Student Development Leader, and a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Leader, who address day-to-day concerns and contribute to the broader development of student behavior. The school uses a school-wide Positive Discipline approach in the classroom, and about 30 pedagogical and administrative staff are certified in this framework to foster respectful, positive relationships. This structure ensures ongoing consultation and development of students' well-being across the campus.
The Well-Being team includes a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Leader, who provides dedicated leadership for SEN within GPIS. This role integrates with the broader well-being framework to support students with SEN as part of the school's holistic approach to student development.

GPIS maintains a mental health and wellbeing program led by the Well-Being team, including a Counselor and a Psychologist who support students' mental health. Hadeer Moosa holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Psychology and is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with over 12 years of experience in mental health. Sally Ibrahim has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a MSc in Psychology, combining technical and psychological expertise in student support. Hussein Amin brings IB experience to the Student Life team to help foster a positive, structured school environment.
Green Land Pré Vert International School (GPIS) is an IB continuum school in Egypt, offering the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme in English and French for ages 3 to 18. The school operates across Zayed Nursery, Zayed School and Giza Campus within the Green Land Educational Foundation (GEF-Egypt), established to provide IB education from Kindergarten to Grade 12. GPIS is authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organisation to deliver PYP, MYP and DP. Facilities include a canteen, bus services, security, a medical clinic, a pool and gym, plus a library, a design room, science labs, art rooms and a music room, with well-being resources. Students engage in diverse sports and extracurriculars such as robotics, AI, STEM, coding and Toy Maker projects, as well as arts like Cartoon Characters, Comics, Graphic design and origami. A Student Council and a Summer Internship Program support leadership and real-world experience today.
