Fees

Annual tuition at Hayah International Academy ranges from EGP 135,000 to EGP 160,000 for 2026/27.

Application & assessment fees
- Reregistration / admission charges: a one‑off reregistration fee of EGP 15,000 is applied at Hayah International Academy West.
- Assessment fee: an assessment/placement fee of EGP 600 is charged at Hayah International Academy West.

Tuition fees (annual, by year group)
- Preschool (Early Years): EGP 135,000 (annual).
- KG1: EGP 160,000 (annual).
- (Earlier published tuition guidance for Hayah shows comparable annual starting amounts reported elsewhere: Pre‑School EGP 127,000 and KG1–2 EGP 152,000 in a prior listing.)

Tuition — per term / billing detail
- Hayah issues school tuition as an annual amount; families can choose to settle tuition in full or on instalment programs supported by the school. Instalment options include monthly instalments through the school's e‑invoice/PayFort link, ValU monthly plans, and bank‑card instalments (CIB 12‑month 0% interest plan for eligible cardholders). Payments can also be made by cash, cheque or card at the school cashier, or by bank transfer/deposit to the school account. Accounts office hours are available Sunday–Thursday mornings and early afternoons for in‑person settlement.
- When invoices are issued on a term basis, the per‑term amount equals the published annual tuition divided by the number of billed instalments on the invoice; families selecting monthly instalments will see the annual tuition spread across the chosen instalment schedule.

Boarding / residential provision
- Hayah International Academy operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply because the school does not offer boarding facilities.

Other costs and recurring extras
- School bus (transport): the school offers bus/transport services; transport is charged separately from tuition (amounts are route‑dependent and published to families at registration).
- Uniform: students are required to wear the school uniform; uniform costs are charged separately and are not included in the headline tuition figures.
- Books, activities and resources: at the Hayah West campus, books, activities and resources are included within the published tuition for that campus.
- Extra curricular trips, specialist exams, external examination fees (IB/American external exam costs), elective course charges, optional after‑school activities and some field trips are invoiced separately when applicable.

Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment used for the transaction. Online payment terms state that refunds are returned by the same payment channel that was used.

Fee payment options and payment terms
- Accepted payment channels: online e‑invoice with PayFort (credit card full payment or instalments for specific banks), ValU instalment plans, in‑person cash/cheque/credit card at the school cashier, and bank transfer/deposit to the school account. Specific online instalment schemes work with CIB, Alexandria, Al‑Tijari Wafa, Al‑Mashreq, EmiratesNBD, Alex Bank and Bank Misr; CIB cardholders may access a 12‑month 0% instalment plan where eligible. Accounts staff handle payments during weekday school hours.
- Credit‑card handling: some card payments may incur a handling fee; instalment interest/fees depend on the chosen provider and card issuer instalment program.

Summary of the fee schedule provided above
- Annual tuition figures by year group are the published headline amounts available from current school listings; the school provides multiple payment choices (full payment, monthly instalments, third‑party finance partners) and charges separate, specific fees for registration/assessment and for transport, uniform, and optional activities where applicable.

Note: the figures above are the latest published annual tuition and fee items available from current school listings and campus notices; specific per‑term invoice values and some one‑off charges (for example transport route charges, exact uniform package pricing, and certain exam/IB external fees) are issued directly to families at registration and on invoicing documents.
