Hayah West sits on a campus of 38,000 square meters. The building footprint will occupy less than 25% of the land, leaving about 30,000 square meters for outdoors and recreational areas. All classrooms have smart boards or data projectors to enable interactive learning. Art rooms are spacious and fully equipped with media to support creative work. The school has two computer labs, each with 25 computers, and iPads and tablets are used in PYP classrooms, with an open-source policy in the ICT department and a bring-your-own equipment option. Early Childhood and Elementary schools have dedicated playgrounds, sandpits, and open green spaces.
