Kent College West Cairo is an extension of the Kent College family, delivering a British education for ages 3 to 18 and drawing on a 135-year heritage. The school follows the English National Curriculum from Early Years through Year 6 and offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A Levels and the IB Diploma in the senior years, with English as the primary language of instruction. The Junior School combines core English subjects with a holistic STEAM curriculum, while the Senior School integrates AI and STEAM through lab work, robotics and AR/AI projects. The campus, located in O West Compound in 6th of October City, comprises 70 classrooms, labs, libraries and performing arts spaces, with collaboration zones and facilities for up to 1,500 students. A partnership with O West Sports Club provides sports amenities. Emphasis on community, safeguarding, Model UN, languages (French and Arabic) and Co-Curricular study shapes well-rounded global citizens and lifelong learning.

Step 1: Application Submission. Complete and submit the online application through Kent College West Cairo's website. Parents are encouraged to apply through a phone call without redirecting them to the website. Step 2: Arrange Appointment. Application submission will be followed by a call from the admissions office within 24 hours to provide needed information and arrange for an assessment and a parents meeting. Step 3: Assessment Day. On the assessment day, the following documents are required: copy of the pupil's latest Academic Reports; 2 original Birth Certificates; 8 passport size photos; copies of the child's and parents' IDs and Passports; any medical reports (if applicable); and a copy of vaccination records (For Early Years applications). Parents should complete the application form, consents, and sign the payment policy during their visit.
Scholarship Programme consists of three categories: Academic Scholarship (Years 3–8); Senior Academic Scholarship (Years 9–10); Sports Scholarship (Years FS2–10). Academic Scholarship (Years 3–8): Eligibility Criteria: Open to students applying for or currently in Years 3–8; consistently high academic performance in core subjects (English, Mathematics, and Science); strong teacher recommendations highlighting academic potential, work ethic, and behavior; successful performance in the Kent College West Cairo Scholarship Assessment; active participation in extracurricular or academic competitions is an advantage. Scholarship Awards: 50% Scholarship for exemplary academic records. Selection Process: 1) Application Submission (includes academic reports and teacher recommendations); 2) Written Assessment in English, Mathematics, and Science; 3) Interview with Academic Panel; 4) Scholarship Award Notification. Senior Academic Scholarship (Years 9–10): Eligibility Criteria: Open to students applying for or currently in Years 9 and 10; a minimum of 5 subjects at Grade A or above in the previous year's school reports; high performance in internal or external academic examinations; strong teacher recommendations reflecting academic excellence, leadership, and discipline; successful completion of the Kent College West Cairo Scholarship Examination. Scholarship Awards: 75% Scholarship for outstanding grades and leadership qualities; 50% Scholarship for high-achieving students with strong academic records. Selection Process: 1) Application Submission (including school reports, recommendation letters, and a personal statement); 2) Scholarship Examination (covering English, Mathematics, and Science); 3) Panel Interview with the Head of Academics and Senior Leadership Team; 4) Final Decision & Scholarship Award Notification. Sports Scholarship (Years FS2–10): FS2–Y2: 15% Scholarship for students who show excellence in sports. Years 3–10: This scholarship recognizes and supports students who demonstrate outstanding athletic ability and commitment to sports. Eligibility Criteria: Open to students applying for or currently in Years 3–10; proven excellence in one or more sports; participation in regional, national, or international sports competitions; strong coach recommendations highlighting sportsmanship, discipline, and potential; commitment to representing Kent College West Cairo in school and external sports competitions; strong academic performance is preferred but not mandatory. Scholarship Awards: 25% Scholarship for national-level medals; 50% Scholarship for international-level medals.
