Notes on how fees are billed and payment terms
- The amounts shown above are the annual fees for the academic year indicated in the current fees schedule. Enrollment payment (the one‑time fee) must be submitted by the deadline communicated after acceptance; failure to secure payments within that deadline may forfeit the place. Academic resources, accreditation fees and activity fees must be paid in full. All due fees must be paid before the student's first day of entry. The school reserves the right to withhold diplomas, reports, transcripts or transfer certificates until outstanding fees are settled.
- Discounts: sibling discounts apply (10% off basic tuition for the second child, 5% off for the third child). A 5% discount is applied to tuition if the full yearly tuition is paid in advance by the specified early‑payment date; a 5% Smart Village employee discount is available on presentation of HR documentation.
- Late‑entry policy: students enrolled in Sep–Dec are liable for full tuition; students enrolling Jan 1–Mar 31 receive a 25% discount on tuition; students enrolling Apr 1 to end of year receive a 40% discount on tuition. Academic resources, accreditation and activity fees must always be paid in full.

Billing schedule (practical points)
- A specific installment schedule is set and communicated by the school; parents must meet the payment due dates to keep any discounts. The enrolment fee (one‑time) is due on acceptance by the deadline given, and all other due fees must be paid before the student's first day of attendance.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered; no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and fees
- Uniform: School uniform is compulsory and available from the school store and online store; cost of uniform items is an additional charge.
- Books and supplies: Books are excluded for Grades 10–12. iPads/laptops are required starting G1 and are an additional cost to parents. School trips, camps, after‑school activities and excursions are charged separately when scheduled. External examination fees and document‑processing fees are charged when applicable.
