Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual tuition is billed and collected in staged payments. The school requires an advance payment and uses three due dates across the year: advance of the first payment (before 15 May), remainder of the first payment (before 15 August) and the second payment (before 15 December). This is the standard payment schedule applied to tuition charges.
- Payment currency and place: tuition and related fees are to be paid in Egyptian pounds (LE/EGP) at the school accounting office. Cheques are not accepted.
- Late payment penalty: a 1% penalty is applied for each week of delay, up to a maximum of four weeks; after that the school may suspend access to transport and attendance until outstanding amounts are paid.
- The advance payment made in May is considered the family's validation of re-registration; non-payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the place.

Boarding / boarding fees

- The school provides day-school services and a paid school-transport service; no boarding (internat) program or boarding fees are listed for this establishment.

Transport (bus) fees

- Annual school-bus fees published for 2025/2026 are in the range EGP 33,000–35,000 per year (payment of transport fees is required in a single payment before 15 May; transport places are limited and transport fees are non‑refundable once paid).
- The bus service is charged as a round-trip rate; there is no one-way fare.

Other costs and recurring charges

- Textbooks / manuals:
- A textbook deposit/insurance of EGP 2,000 is collected from families starting in CP and is refundable at the end of the pupil's schooling provided the family holds a full account settlement. Manuels and book costs are billed separately and are usually collected with the August payment; families pay for the cost of books and periodic replacements as required.
- The school follows a textbook delivery/return scheme; families may be charged for damaged or lost books.
- School supplies: grade-by-grade supply lists are published and grouped purchases or individual purchases are possible; supplies are additional to tuition.
- Uniforms and uniform shop: the school requires a uniform; a uniform shop is referenced for purchase of some items (costs vary and are charged to families as required).
- School trips, extracurricular activities, photocopies, certain materials, and specific outings are charged to families and invoiced per activity; attendance at paid outings is conditional on payment.

Discounts and concessions

- A 10% reduction is applied to tuition from the second child onward (and other sibling reductions as stated by the school). Specific staff or APE employee concessions are detailed in the school financial rules.

Refund information and withdrawal rules

- Registration and application fees (droit de première inscription, dossier and entrance-test fees) are non‑refundable in all cases.
- If the family withdraws the pupil's file before the start of the school year (the school considers the academic year to begin on 1 September), the school will deduct 10% from amounts already paid. If withdrawal occurs after the first day of school, the first payments made in May and August are non‑refundable under the relevant ministerial decree referenced by the school. Bus fees paid before 15 May are non‑refundable.
- Textbook deposit (EGP 2,000) is refundable at the end of schooling subject to a cleared final account and return of books in acceptable condition; damaged or lost books are charged to families.

Fee payment options

- Cash payment in person at the school accounting office.
- Payment by Visa card at the school accounting office.
- Bank transfer options (specific banks noted for past students): CIB or QNB are listed as bank options for payments for former pupils; the school accounting office manages bank payment arrangements. Checks are explicitly not accepted.

Penalties and collection

- A weekly penalty of 1% is applied on overdue amounts, capped at four weeks; after four weeks the school may suspend services (bus, attendance) and pursue collection procedures.
