Wellbeing and Support

How students are nurtured, understood, and kept safe

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school provides education to develop students' personality, to help them progress in school and into the professional world, and to exercise their citizenship. Students have the right to information and guidance, notably in matters of orientation; to participate in associations within the lycée (Foyer Socio-Éducatif, Sports Association); and to express themselves, individually or collectively, through elected delegates who may meet with the principal.

Safeguarding

The school guarantees protection against any form of psychological, physical, or moral violence. For health and safety, care, infirmary, and medical emergencies are provided: to ensure effective care, parents complete the medical form given at enrollment; the school keeps an up-to-date telephone number for guardians, or, if not available, a contact number for a close relative or a neighbor. Any accident or illness at the school must be reported to the nearest adult. In case of an accident or emergency, the school secretary notifies the family. The lycée does not arrange for ill students to be transported home; parents must pick them up as circumstances require. Students visiting the infirmary must go through the Vie Scolaire office to obtain a passage. Students must not carry medications on school grounds. Any student on medical treatment must deliver the medications to the school doctor along with the prescription (or a photocopy) and parental authorization.
