Model United Nations is offered as an academic simulation allowing pupils to address global issues by assuming international roles. The co-curricular programme balances creativity, action and service and aims to develop transferable skills and the Malvern Qualities. Participation in CCAs can boost academic results and social relationships, and promote healthy, active lifestyles. CCAs run weekly on Wednesdays from 2:10 PM to 3:10 PM for six weeks, with spaces allocated on a first-come basis.
The Arts at Malvern College Egypt encourages creativity and cultural awareness with a wide variety of activities that identify, engage, and nurture talent. Pupils participate in charity and community service through House charities and school initiatives. House dress‑up days raise funds for house charities, and International Day is a major fundraising event, contributing significant amounts to beneficiaries. Pupils visit partner charities such as the Sanger charity and Branches of the Vine centre for disabilities, helping with projects like murals. Christmas gift box appeals and Ramadan food collections further support local beneficiaries.
All students and teaching staff are allocated to one of four Houses, each led by a Head and supported by elected Secondary and Primary School House Captains (one male and one female). The House system provides a platform for competition, belonging, and leadership, offering older students opportunities to lead and mentor younger pupils. The Pupils Council and House leadership roles furnish additional avenues for student leadership and service.

Malvern College Egypt is a British international school delivering the English National Curriculum from Pre-Nursery to Upper Sixth. It offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS and A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Sixth Form. Ages range from 18 months to 18 years, and English is the language of instruction with French taught from Year 1.
