English is the language of instruction in all subjects. From Year 1, French is taught as a second language. In Primary School, pupils study either Arabic or Arabic as a Foreign Language (AFL) and Religion. Arabic AFL is offered, English as a Foreign Language (EFL) is available, and learners with English as an Additional Language (EAL) receive support.

Malvern College Egypt is a British international school delivering the English National Curriculum from Pre-Nursery to Upper Sixth. It offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS and A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Sixth Form. Ages range from 18 months to 18 years, and English is the language of instruction with French taught from Year 1.
