Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard billing schedule: school fees are invoiced and payable in three instalments each scholastic year:
- 1st part of the 1st instalment: due 1 May (deadline 15 May);
- Rest of the 1st instalment: due 1 August (deadline 15 August);
- 2nd instalment: due 1 December (deadline 15 December).

- The first part of the first instalment acts as the reservation fee for the following scholastic year; failure to pay by the deadline may result in the student not being enrolled for the next scholastic year. Late payments on the 2nd and 3rd instalments incur a fine of 1% of the unpaid amount per week. Bus fees are payable with the first instalment and the bus fee is non‑refundable if paid.

Boarding fees

- No boarding program or boarding fees are published for Nefertari International Schools; the schools operate as day schools and associated fees published relate to tuition, books, activities and transportation.

Other costs and recurring additional fees

- Bus / transportation fees: Bus service fees are additional to tuition. Bus deposits or full bus fees are due with the May instalment; published sample figures (for specific branches and years) have included amounts such as EGP 18,000–20,000 (branch and route dependent). The bus fee is payable annually with the first instalment and is non‑refundable in general school policy.

- Books and learning materials: Book fees are additional to tuition. Book fees are announced ahead of the academic year (commonly in August) and are due with the August instalment where published. Some grades list a separate book fee in the published fee breakdown.

- Activities and extracurricular fees: Small activities fees are published per grade in some divisions (example: an Activities fee of EGP 700 appears in the American division fee list). Other extracurricular or optional program fees may be charged separately.

- Uniforms and name tags: School uniform must be purchased through the school's designated uniform shop; parents are responsible for the cost of uniforms and replacement name tags.

Refund and cancellation policy

- Initial enrollment/admission fees and reservation deposits are non‑refundable once paid. Tuition fees are treated as annual expenses and are not refundable once the school year has started, in accordance with the published tuition/refund policy referencing applicable ministerial decrees. The bus fee is specifically stated as non‑refundable in the published policy. Refunds of tuition or other fees before the start of the school year are subject to the school's published admission and refund rules.

Fee payment options

- Online payments: Nefertari International Schools operate an online payment facility (SuperPay) and use an online Student Management System for applications and payments; families are instructed to pay online via the school's payment platform where the admission workflow indicates “pay online.”

- On‑site / accounting office payments: Fees can be settled at the school accounting/finance office as part of the enrolment and invoicing process; payment methods accepted at the office include bank transfer or card on the school's payment gateway as available through the school accounting channels. The school issues fee invoices and parents settle according to the instalment schedule.

Published discounts and concessions

- A published sibling discount of 10% on tuition fees applies for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th child in some international‑division fee notices. Graduates and returning families have published concessions in specific policies for some branches (details are applied at registration).
