Academic and Intellectual

Extracurricular activities are organized into four groups: Sports, Art and Design, Music, and Skills. Students select one activity from each group, with options including Technology Graphic Design, Character Building, Psychology Club, Health and Nutrition, Drama, and language offerings in English, French, and Arabic. Activities are assigned according to availability, and parental support is encouraged. These opportunities foster inquiry, collaboration, and practical application of learning beyond the classroom.

Arts and Creative

Art and Design options include Jewellery, Handcrafts, Crochet, and Magazine/Photography. Music options include Instruments Band and Choir. Drama is integrated through the Skills group as part of creative expression. Together, these activities support students' artistic development and creative collaboration.

Cultural and Language

Language offerings include English, French, and Arabic within the Skills activities. The school also emphasizes cultural engagement through events and student-led initiatives.

Social and Hobbies

Student Council provides leadership and service opportunities, with positions such as School President Office and School Vice President Office, plus Committee Heads and Members for Science, Cultural, Social, and Sports. The school calendar features activities such as Field Trips, Summer Trips Abroad, Fun Days, Guest Speakers, Live Talk-Shows, Annual Shows, Book Fairs, Sports Competitions, and Camps.

Community and Service

Community Service is a defined part of Extracurricular Activities. The Skills group includes Community Service; Internships and Citizenship are also offered as developmental activities.

Leadership and Professional

Leadership roles include the School President Office and the School Vice President Office with a governance structure of Secretary, Treasurer, and committee heads. These roles provide opportunities to lead within student organizations and collaborate with staff.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

Sports programs include Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Football, Gymnastics, Dodgeball, Yoga, Zumba, and Karate. The campus also offers health-related facilities, including a health clinic with a school physician on duty and additional health services.

Nefertari International School is an Egypt-based institution serving ages 3 to 18, with several language divisions and international curricula. The Cairo Branch and October Branch host American, British, French, German, and International Baccalaureate programs, with the October Branch also offering a Semi-International Division. Established in 1996, the school honors the queen Nefertari, famed for literacy, arts, and influence, and has grown to provide diverse learning pathways. The curriculum spans IGCSE, American, British, French, German, and the IB Diploma Program, supporting students from early years through pre-university study. The campus features smart-board classrooms for 15–30 students, science laboratories, two computer labs, and two libraries, plus a KG video/playroom, a music room, and art workshops.
