NIS operates multiple campuses across Egypt, including Nasr City, First Settlement, Shorouk, Porto Said, New Capital All Girls International School, New Capital National School Campus, and 6th of October Campus. Shorouk Campus features large grounds on 100,000 m2, 81 classrooms, multi-sports fields, a large auditorium, and a heated indoor swimming pool. New Capital All Girls International School provides a 15,000 m² campus with a swimming pool, athletic grounds, a virtual lab, a robotics lab, multiple science labs, a gymnasium, and an indoor cafeteria. New Capital National School Campus includes an indoor semi-Olympic heated swimming pool, a 400-seat auditorium, four science labs, a multipurpose sports court, a gymnasium, and a music and ballet hall. Porto Said Campus provides coding and robotics labs, interactive smart classrooms, and a strong digital learning platform.
Shorouk Campus features multi-sports fields and a heated indoor swimming pool. New Capital National School Campus includes a multipurpose sports court and a gymnasium. New Capital All Girls International School includes athletic grounds and a gymnasium. Shorouk Campus also offers large grounds suitable for outdoor physical education and activities.

Global Citizenship Programs are a core pillar of NIS and provide a platform for students to become conscious and active global citizens. The New Capital All Girls International School explicitly includes the Global Citizenship Program and the international Model United Nations. NIS Schools is a multi-campus network in Egypt delivering five curricular streams: American, British, French, National English, and the International Baccalaureate.
