NIS follows the Ministry of Education with core subjects including Arabic and English; the core set for Grades 4–9 includes Math, Science, Arabic, English, and Social Studies. The English curriculum provides extensive practice in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with technology and cross-curricular materials. French is taught as a language course within the French System, with courses starting at Grade 1. German is offered as a language course for Grades 1–9.
NIS operates multiple language streams: American System, British System, French System, and National English System. The National English System provides English-language instruction. NIS Schools is a multi-campus network in Egypt delivering five curricular streams: American, British, French, National English, and the International Baccalaureate. Serving students from ages 3 to 18, the network operates campuses in Nasr City, 1st Settlement, Shorouk, Porto Said, New Capital All Girls International School, New Capital National School Campus, and 6th of October, a seventh campus opened in 2022, bringing seven campuses by September 2022.
