Repton Cairo follows the English National Curriculum across Early Years to Senior School. The curriculum is broad and balanced, supporting intellectual, moral, cultural and physical development. In Year 11 students take IGCSEs, and in Years 12–13 they may study A Levels or the International Baccalaureate (IB) as the school pursues IB World School status. The school also runs a Cross-Curricular Excellence Programme with project-based learning and a Future Learning, Future Skills (FLFS) portfolio introducing disciplines such as Medical Sciences, Engineering, Law, Journalism, Digital Media, Geopolitics and Music Production; STREAM, coding and robotics are integrated across the curriculum.
Art and Design, Drama and Music form the core of The Arts. Pupils study art and design and explore Egyptian art heritage and global craft traditions. The Drama department enables plots and performance, while Music is taught academically up to Year 9 with regular rehearsals, ensembles, bands and choirs, including the Repton Choir.
The school follows the English National Curriculum. A Modern Languages curriculum is taught in the Junior School.
Pupils have access to a broad co-curricular programme comprising The Arts, Technology and Innovation and Sport; the programme extends learning beyond the classroom and helps pupils explore their creative interests and develop resilience.

The Sports programme encourages an active lifestyle and supports physical and mental health, resilience and teamwork. Pupils engage in a wide range of sports and a competitive inter-house programme; the sport curriculum focuses on developing technique, competition, and lifelong healthy habits.
