Schutz American School offers a U.S.-based, college-preparatory education for students from Early Childhood through Grade 12. Accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, it is an IB World School certified for PYP and MYP. The high school Pathway Program emphasizes growth through co-curricular work; growth projects for grades 9–12 are not graded and may involve clubs, internships, or service activities. Graduation outcomes show that 100% of graduates enroll in four-year colleges in the United States, the United Kingdom/Europe, Canada, and Egypt/MENA. Founded in 1924, Schutz embodies community with the motto Schutz Family. The campus includes one-to-one devices, an Early Childhood Learning Center, art studios with a kiln, a black-box theater, a large auditorium, and libraries with access to Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
