Tallinn English College is located at Estonia pst 10, Tallinn 10148, Estonia. It occupies a building with historical ties to the Commercial Grammar School, and the current facilities were opened in August 1996.

Application fees

- No application fee is charged for admission to Tallinn English College for standard student admissions; registration for vacancies and IB places is handled through the school's admission/registration procedures.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)

- Primary school (PYP), middle school (MYP) and upper secondary (including IB Diploma Programme): there is no tuition charge for study places at Tallinn English College. General education in state- and municipality-run schools is provided free of charge. There are therefore no per-term or per-year tuition fees billed to parents for the school's regular basic and secondary programmes.

Billing schedule and payment terms (paid services and optional items)

- School food (afterschool meal): the stated daily cost for the afterschool meal is EUR 1.80. Example billing shown: afterschool meal for 14 days = EUR 25.20; a payment deadline example is 05.12.2025. Payment for the school food is made to the catering operator's bank account (Söökla OÜ, IBAN EE342200221023171672); when a pupil is removed from the list the removal takes effect from the next day after notice. Payments are organised according to the payment instructions provided for the food service.

- Extended day (pupils in grades 1–4 etc.): the extended-day service is charged by the hour. The posted fee is EUR 1.79 per hour (morning and evening groups); registrations are made through the school's system and payments are invoiced. Invoices for extended-day attendance are forwarded by the Tallinn City Education Department and billed on the basis of the previous month's attendance. Payments are therefore made on invoice.

- Extracurricular / after-school clubs and sports: some extracurricular activities are organised by external providers (for example the school's Sports Club 7); such external activities commonly have separate course fees and separate registration/payment arrangements with the provider.

- Student card: no fee is charged for student cards ordered through the school (no charge since 01.09.2020). The e-student card is used for registering school lunch and can also be used for public-transport validation where applicable.

- School lockers: the school uses the Koolikapp.ee locker system (112 lockers installed); ordering and additional locker information are handled via the locker provider.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- Tallinn English College does not provide boarding/boarding-house accommodation (the school operates as a day school and all student-life information and services are described as day-school services). There are no boarding fees charged.

Other costs and fees

- School uniform: a school uniform is available to order; the school publishes spring and autumn pre-ordering periods and directs parents to the uniform vendor's e-shop for purchases and ordering.
