Tallinn English College is a three-level school comprising primary, middle, and college. It is located at Estonia pst 10, Tallinn 10148. The current facilities were established in August 1996 when the college moved to this site. The sports hall was completed in 2007.

The school is an IB World School and offers the IB Diploma Programme for its secondary students; this status was granted in May 2009, making Tallinn English College the first municipal school in Estonia to offer the IB DP. The implementation of the IB Diploma Programme started in September 2009. Since May 2012, Tallinn English College has been a Candidate school for the IB Primary Years Programme.
An active extra-curricular program is led by a Head of Extra-curricular activities/CAS Co-ordinator. The role coordinates activities beyond the classroom and supports the CAS program.
Tallinn English College is a municipal IB World School in Tallinn that provides English-language immersion for students aged 6 to 18. The school operates a three-level campus on Estonia pst 10; the site opened in 1996 and includes a sports hall completed in 2007. It is the oldest English-language immersion school in Estonia and was the first municipal school to gain IB World School status in May 2009. The Diploma Programme has been taught here since September 2009, taught in English and organized around six subject groups: Studies in language and literature, Language acquisition, Individuals and societies, Experimental sciences, Mathematics, and a sixth subject from Groups 3 or 4. The DP core comprises Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity, and Service. Tallinn English College has been a Candidate for the IB Primary Years Programme since May 2012. IB graduates attend universities worldwide without mandatory Estonian national exams. An active extracurricular program is coordinated around CAS, with Arts and Creative, Cultural and Language, and Community and Service clubs.
