Three study programmes are offered: a general high school programme, a Social Sciences Studies (formerly European Studies) programme and an International Baccalaureate (IB) programme taught in English and culminating in the IB exam. Rellu provides a wide range of courses and allows study from other Tampere City high schools as well as online courses. The school offers languages including English, German, French, Spanish and Swedish, along with a broad selection of mathematics, natural sciences and humanities. IB studies include Theory of Knowledge and a CAS (Creativity, Action and Service) project which emphasises social activity, and an Extended Essay is written as part of the programme.

Tampereen Lyseo Lukio, known as Rellu, is a public upper secondary school in Tampere, Finland, by Pyynikintori square.
