- Annual tuition (standard full‑time) = EUR 915 × 10 monthly instalments = EUR 9,150 per academic year. The school treats the tuition price as annual and fixed and publishes payment as ten monthly instalments.
- Per term amount (calculated from the annual price and the school's trimester change policy) = EUR 9,150 ÷ 3 = EUR 3,050 per term (this per‑term figure is a calculation from the published annual/monthly rates).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The tuition price is annual and forfaitaire; it may be paid in full for the year or by ten monthly instalments. Instalments are payable before the 3rd of each month; the ten instalments structure is the published payment schedule.
- Payment in full for the academic year paid before 15 September receives a 5% reduction on tuition.
- Any direct‑debit (prélèvement) refusal generates bank fees which will be charged to the family; after two consecutive rejected prélèvements the school may suspend direct‑debit and require immediate settlement of the outstanding balance. Faute de règlement d'une seule mensualité, le contrat peut être résilié après mise en demeure.
- Families not domiciled in the region must provide a non‑refundable initial payment equal to three months of tuition at the time of inscription.

Boarding / residential fees

- There are no boarding (internat/pension) provisions or boarding fees published for this school; the school operates day programmes (maternelle and primaire).

Other costs and mandatory items

- Uniform / tablier: A tablier (maternelle) and an uniform (primaire) are mandatory. Uniforms/tabliers must be ordered from the school's official supplier (SoFrenchSchool) by the published deadline. The dossier notes that uniform/tablier costs are charged through the supplier (price set by the supplier).
- Material pack: the participation au matériel scolaire (EUR 400) is charged at registration.
- Optional extracurriculars and support (examples): supervised study, extra support groups and certain activities carry additional charges (specific prices to be applied per activity); mini‑club and transport optional charges are published as above.

Refund and cancellation rules

- Registration fees (frais d'inscription) and most registration‑related charges are non‑refundable. The material participation fee can be refunded only if the registration is cancelled before the published cutoff date (annulation d'inscription before 15 April for the published schedule).
- Tuition is treated as an annual fixed price; absences do not give rise to fee deductions. The only routine refund practice published is for school catering: when a child is absent for more than one week for medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, the restaurant scolaire is reimbursed on a forfait basis at EUR 4 per missed meal.
- In case of contract rupture or suspension, annual tuition remains due except in cases explicitly listed as exceptions (force majeure, long‑term illness or certain justified family moves). The school's contract contains a clause résolutoire detailing these conditions.

Fee payment options

- The school requests a Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) and offers SEPA direct‑debit authorization as a documented payment method. Cheque and cash are referenced as acceptable means to regularize unpaid invoices if a direct‑debit is rejected; bank charges for rejected prélèvements are passed to the family. These are the payment methods and procedures documented in the enrolment dossier.
