Other costs and fees

- School supplies and materials: families are responsible for purchasing standard school supplies listed by class/section for the 2025–2026 year; supply lists are issued by section and year. Costs for books, stationery and class-specific materials are to be covered by families.

- Uniform: the school requires dress that is appropriate for a school environment (a standard dress-code expectation) but no formal uniform obligation is specified in the school rules. Any required items on class supply lists should be purchased by families.

- Exam fees: the school administers certain external exam sessions (for example a DELF Prim session); registration fees for those exam sessions (example: DELF Prim registration) are charged separately (for the cited DELF session the registration fee is EUR 20 and payable by card).

- Optional activities, trips and certain materials (e.g., special workshops, field trips with overnight stays, private lessons, instrument rental if applicable) may carry additional charges billed separately when they occur.

Refund information

- Exams and optional activities: fees for specific exams or optional services are charged at time of registration; refundability is governed by the specific exam or activity terms (for the DELF session a registration fee of EUR 20 is charged at registration).
