An à la carte Passion course lets students develop their passions for the arts, theatre, tech, coding, AI, leadership, and sports. This program is designed to complement the core curriculum and broaden opportunities beyond regular classes. The Energy Course includes three multi-sport sessions supervised by Mouratoglou International School coaches. The Study Course provides supervised homework and language reinforcement.

The American Section provides 100% English-tuition for grades 5–12, follows the American curriculum with AP courses, and prepares students for the High School Diploma, SAT, TOEFL, and AP exams. A distinctive Dual Diploma combines the French Baccalauréat with the American High School Diploma. Classes are capped at 15 students, and MIS operates as an official SAT and AP exam center.
