Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees

- There is no separate application fee published. Registration requires completing the online registration and payment of the first instalment (the deposit) at the time of registration.

Tuition / Program fees by section and formula (per grade level)

- French section — Additional fees per grade level:
- FORMULA 1: EUR 13,500.
- FORMULA 2: EUR 15,000.

- American section — Additional fees per grade level:
- FORMULA 1: EUR 18,500.
- FORMULA 2: EUR 20,000.

- The two Formulas are defined as follows: the "Schooling" package (Schooling) covers full supervision of schooling and selected academic/support options; the "Tennis & School" package includes academic supervision plus sports training and sport-related medical/competition monitoring (accommodation/catering may be included depending on options chosen).

Per-term amounts (calculated from the annual Program fee and the school's instalment options)

- The school allows payment of the Program Price in either two or three instalments. When parents select two instalments, the annual fee is split into two equal payments; when three instalments are chosen, the annual fee is split into three equal payments. The instalment schedule below follows the school's payment-due dates. (The per-term figures below are the annual fee divided evenly by the chosen number of instalments.)

- Examples (equal split):
- French section, FORMULA 1 (EUR 13,500): two instalments = EUR 6,750 each; three instalments = EUR 4,500 each.
- French section, FORMULA 2 (EUR 15,000): two instalments = EUR 7,500 each; three instalments = EUR 5,000 each.
- American section, FORMULA 1 (EUR 18,500): two instalments = EUR 9,250 each; three instalments ≈ EUR 6,166.67 each.
- American section, FORMULA 2 (EUR 20,000): two instalments = EUR 10,000 each; three instalments ≈ EUR 6,666.67 each.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment currency: all Program prices are quoted and payable in euros.

- Instalment options and due dates:
- A first instalment (paid at registration) must be paid at the time of registration and constitutes the deposit/instalment.
- The second instalment is due no later than September 15 of the school year.
- If paying in three instalments, the third instalment is due no later than December 15 of the school year.

- Payment conditions and late payment:
- Payment of the deposit is a condition of inclusion in the Program. Late payment of the second or third instalment by more than seven (7) days may result in suspension of participation; lateness of more than fourteen (14) days may lead to exclusion until payment is made. Full outstanding instalments remain payable if registration is terminated for non‑justified reasons.

Boarding / accommodation fees

- Boarding (accommodation and catering) is available and may be included in the Program Price depending on the chosen Formula and options; the inclusion and the price depend on the Formula and selected options. Accommodation details on campus: rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning and Wi‑Fi; 1 to 3 students per room; laundry service available.

Other costs and fees

- The Program Price does not include certain items; these are chargeable to parents and must be budgeted separately:
- School supplies (including uniforms where applicable).
- Transportation between home and the Academy.
- Registration fees for tournaments or competitions organized by third parties (external tournament fees), and travel/accommodation related to competitions.
- Ancillary expenses such as catering, drinks, racket stringing and other sport‑specific costs when those are not included in the chosen package.
- Laundry service is available on campus (may be charged as an extra depending on package).

Refunds, cancellation and insurance

- Right of withdrawal: there is a statutory 14‑calendar‑day right of withdrawal from Delivery, with full reimbursement of sums paid within 14 days when exercised in that period; refunds for credit‑card payments are made back to the card used, and bank transfer refunds are paid back by bank transfer.

- Cancellation insurance (optional): an optional cancellation/termination insurance may be taken at registration for an amount equal to 10% of the Program Price. If purchased, that Insurance entitles the family to a refund of half the Program Price if cancellation occurs for any reason at least three (3) weeks before the Program start date. If insurance is not taken, cancellation typically leaves the family liable for the full Program Price.

- Cancellation or termination during the Program: when the Insurance has been taken, cancellation during the Program for serious and legitimate reasons may entitle the family to reimbursement of half of the remaining Program Price, prorated to elapsed time and on presentation of supporting documents. Without Insurance, reimbursement is limited and depends on whether the reason is serious and duly justified; otherwise no reimbursement is due and remaining instalments remain payable. For long‑term injuries (tennis option) validated by medical staff, a prorated refund less a fixed administrative sum may apply. Any cancellation or termination request must be sent by registered letter to the Program Manager as specified in the contractual terms.

Fee payment options

- Accepted payment methods include direct debit, bank transfer and other means accepted at time of registration; credit card payments are accepted at registration (the terms reference card payments and procedures if a bank refuses authorization). Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card refunds to the card; bank transfer refunds by bank transfer).

Notes on how formulas and inclusions work

- The school offers two main Formulas (Schooling and Tennis & School). Which services (academic, sporting, medical, accommodation, catering and extra options) are included in the Program Price depends on the selected Formula and any additional options; the published numeric amounts above are the stated additional fees per grade level for each Formula and section.
