Application / Enrollment Fee

- An Engagement / Re‑Engagement fee of €2,000 is required at the time of enrolment. This fee is non‑refundable.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and per‑semester amounts)

- Middle School (Grades 6–8): €12,500 per year. When paid by semester, the equivalent amount is €6,250 per semester.

- High School (Grades 9–12): €13,500 per year. When paid by semester, the equivalent amount is €6,750 per semester.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing frequency available: annual (full year) or by semester.

- Late payment penalty: a 10% late penalty is applied if tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month. Prolonged non‑payment (payment not received within 60 days of the initial missed payment, or 30 days following a second late payment) may result in student suspension until the outstanding balance is settled; the school will notify parents/guardians in writing before suspension.

- The school issues the official certificat de scolarité only after the enrollment/re‑enrollment fee and either the first month's tuition or the annual/semester fee have been received.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- There is no boarding provision. The school operates as a day school Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 (with early dismissal on Wednesdays) and provides supervision from 07:45–16:00 depending on electives and study support. No boarding fees apply.

Refund and withdrawal information

- The Engagement / Enrollment fee (€2,000) is non‑refundable.

- Withdrawal mid‑semester: families withdrawing a student mid‑semester are required to pay at least 50% of that semester's fees. A minimum of two months' written notice is required for all student withdrawals.

- Payment plans or financial assistance can be arranged in exceptional circumstances but must be requested in writing and approved by the Principal; such arrangements are handled confidentially.
