Admissions

Admissions

1. Application form and application review fee. Those wishing to register submit a completed application to the Academy administration along with the required documentation and pay the application review fee. The Academy accepts students on a space-available basis. This initial step establishes eligibility for testing and interviews.

2. Testing and interviewing the student. After submitting the application, an interview with the student is scheduled for admission to the preschool education center and Grade 1. For students in Grades 2-11, a test and interview are scheduled. The purpose of the interviews and testing is to determine the level of school readiness and academic performance, which informs the learning/teaching planning.

3. Interview with parents/legal representatives. After the student passes the interview and testing stages, a meeting with parents/legal representatives will be scheduled. The meeting covers placement, expectations, and relevant considerations for educational services. This step ensures mutual understanding of the student's placement within the Academy.

4. Agreement. An agreement on educational services will be signed with the parents/legal representatives of the enrolled student. The agreement outlines the program, responsibilities, and terms of educational services. Both sides commit to fulfilling the terms of the arrangement.

5. Financial obligation. After signing the agreement and payment of tuition fees within the established deadlines, the student will be finally registered at the Academy. Tuition fees are due within the timelines set in the agreement and completion of payment finalizes enrollment.
