Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

Step 1: Complete and submit the Application Form with your child's official school reports for the previous three years. All documents must be provided in English. This step starts the admissions process. Include the required reports as part of the application.
Step 2: The interview and assessment. Early Years and Elementary (Kindergarten to Grade 5) meet with the Principal and School Counsellor. Upper Years (Grade 6-12) meet with the Principal, School Counsellor and the Diploma Programme Coordinator for Grades 11-12 applicants. Your child will be assessed in Math and English, and additional assessments may be given if necessary.
Step 3: Submit the completed application package including General Permission Form, Medical Form, and a copy of the immunization record; two passport-sized photographs. Include a copy of the child's Birth Certificate or Passport translated into Georgian and notarized, and copies of the Parents/Guardians' IDs translated into Georgian and notarized. Elementary School requires recommendation letters from the child's teacher and a school counsellor; Upper School requires recommendation letters from two teachers and a school counsellor (three letters if a counsellor is not available).
Step 4: Application Status. The Principal will inform you in writing by email about your child's application. If offered a place, you have two days to accept by email. For Grade 1 admitted after the start of the academic year or for Grade 2 and higher, you must translate reports into Georgian, obtain a Compatibility Document from New School in 3-5 days, and submit the documents to the NCEQE. You will receive an Enrolment Contract and an invoice; payment includes a non-refundable deposit and the full tuition; after payment and signing, your child may begin attending, and upon NCEQE approval you receive the final Acceptance Document.
