Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees and enrolment deposit
- There is no separate publicly listed application fee amount. A place offered must be secured by a non‑refundable enrolment deposit of €250 payable when you accept an offer.

Tuition fees by year group and per term
- The school does not publish specific tuition rates by grade, term, or full‑year totals in its publicly available admissions and information materials. No grade‑by‑grade or per‑term tuition amounts for the 2026/27 academic year (or, where not available, 2025/26) are provided in the school's publicly available fee information.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The invoice issued at acceptance includes the non‑refundable enrolment deposit and the full tuition amount calculated according to the student's enrolment date. 65% of the remaining tuition is due by 15 August (or on the invoice date as specified) and the remaining 35% is due by 15 December. Payments must be made to secure the place; late or missed payments can put the offered place at risk.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is available at the Johannes Hahn Residence (boarding provision is described for Diploma Programme students), but the school does not publish boarding fee amounts or a published boarding fee schedule in its public materials.

Other costs and fees
- School bus transport is available for all students for an additional fee; the bus fee amount is not published in the available materials.
- Catering arrangements differ by age: breakfast and lunch are provided for Kindergarten; lunch is provided for Grades 1–2; students in Grades 3–12 can purchase lunch using a school card issued by the Bank of Georgia. Specific meal prices are not published in the school's public fee information.
- A school dress code (uniform/dress code) is compulsory; uniform cost or supplier pricing is not published in the publicly available fee information.
- Other incidental charges (for example: optional trips, extracurricular activities, examination fees, materials, or specialist course charges) may apply but specific amounts are not listed in the school's public fee material.

Refund information
- The enrolment deposit is explicitly stated as non‑refundable. No further published refund schedule or detailed refund policy for tuition instalments or other fees is provided in the publicly available admissions and fee information.

Fee payment options
- The school issues invoices that require payment to confirm enrolment; specific accepted payment methods (for example: which credit cards, bank transfer details, or other online payment options) are not listed in the school's public fee information.

Summary of unavailable fee details
- Specific numeric tuition rates by grade and per term, boarding fee amounts, uniform costs, bus fee amounts, and a comprehensive published refund schedule are not included in the school's publicly available admissions and information pages. The items above reflect all fee‑related items that are explicitly published (deposit, payment timing, presence of boarding and bus service, catering arrangements, compulsory dress code); the school's public materials do not provide the detailed price lists requested for 2026/27 or 2025/26.
