The school has Natural Sciences Club for Grades 3-6 where students conduct experiments in biology, chemistry and physics in the school laboratory, turning theory into practice. Electronics Club for Grades 9-12 explores electronics, electrical engineering and robotics, with programming of microprocessors to build robots and systems. Intellectual Games and Model UN are offered for Grades 6-10 and 10-12 respectively to develop critical thinking, problem solving, research and public speaking for global issues.
The school has Drama Club for Grades 1-11 where students learn stage movements and acting techniques. Singing Club for Grades 1-5 develops music theory and vocal skills. Literature Club (Grades 1-11) and Creative Writing (Grades 7-8) foster reading, discussion and expressive writing, while Drawing (Grades 1-6) and Sculpting (Grades 1-6) nurture visual arts.
The school has Native Speaker English for Grades 1-11 to practice conversation with a native speaker. French, German, Spanish, Chinese and Russian language clubs are offered for various age groups (French/German/Spanish for Grades 2-10; Chinese for Grades 6-10; Russian for Grades 2-10). Georgian Dance and Ballroom Dance promote Georgian culture through traditional and international dance styles.

Newton Free School offers the International Baccalaureate continuum: Preschool and Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3 to 11, Middle Years Programme (MYP) for ages 11 to 16, and Diploma Programme (DP) for ages 16 to 18. It is an authorized IB World School with two campuses: Newton Free School in Tbilisi and Saguramo. The Georgian IB Diploma is recognized as equivalent to full general education, enabling progression to higher education. The school provides IB facilities for science labs, an indoor gym, an open sports field, a swimming pool, and other spaces to support learning. Students participate in broad extracurriculars through clubs in Natural Sciences, Electronics, Model UN, Drama, and language and culture activities.
