Model United Nations and Speech & Debate Club are part of QSIT's extracurricular program. Math & Science Clubs provide STEM enrichment beyond classroom activities. These offerings develop research, critical thinking, and public-speaking skills to complement academics. The school teaches in English.
Fine Arts education is an integral part of QSIT. The program offers Visual Arts, Media Arts, and Performing Arts. Visual Arts include painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, and AP Studio Art; Media Arts cover documentary filmmaking, video production, and podcasts; Performing Arts include music (General Music, Vocal, Choir, Band) and theatre (Dramatic Arts, Theatre, Mime, Playwriting).
Languages Other Than English are offered: Russian, Spanish, French, and Georgian. Model United Nations and Debate are part of Extracurricular Activities, supporting cross-cultural understanding.
Middle School and Secondary students may participate in many activities during activity period (Monday through Friday). Activities & Clubs include Model United Nations (MUN), Speech & Debate Club, Leadership Forum, Math & Science Clubs, Art Club, Yearbook, Community Service Club, Drama Productions, Eco-School Green Flag Committee, and Week Without Walls.
Community Service opportunities are available through the Community Service Club and related activities. Roots & Shoots and Week Without Walls promote service learning and environmental stewardship through travel and projects.
Leadership Forum and Student Council provide leadership opportunities. National Honor Society and Yearbook offer leadership roles, while Model United Nations and Debate Teams develop public speaking and teamwork.
As a member of CEESA and SRAA, QSIT offers competitive athletics. The program includes Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Track & Field, Cross Country, and POMS. Student-athletes have opportunities to play against local teams and travel to international tournaments. After-school athletic programs run on a flexible schedule from 7:00–8:15 a.m. and 4:15–5:30 p.m.
QSI International School of Tbilisi offers English-language education from Pre-K (age 2) through Grade 12 (age 18) in Georgia. The school emphasizes mastery learning with a personalized approach to instruction. The curriculum blends a bespoke program with an American framework and the AP Capstone Diploma (AP Seminar and AP Research plus four additional AP courses). Preschool uses a play-based approach to literacy, mathematics and science, with integrated music, technology, art and social development. Elementary emphasizes core subjects with technology integration; Languages Other Than English include Russian, Spanish, French and Georgian. Middle School focuses on active group learning to develop 21st‑century skills; LOEs include multiple languages. Secondary offers Mathematics, Science, Cultural Studies and History, World Literature, English, Fine Arts, Music, Physical Education and Technology, plus AP courses. Facilities include science laboratories, a computer lab, two libraries, art, music and fitness spaces, a full indoor gym, stage, dining, nurse and on-site playgrounds.
