Other costs and extras

- School trips, teaching materials, parental work contributions, and other incidental costs are charged separately in addition to the monthly tuition.

Boarding fees

- No boarding provision is published for this school; the school operates as a day school with primary Hort (after‑school care) provision.

Refunds and refundability

- The admissions language assessment / trial‑day fee of EUR 100 is explicitly non‑refundable.
- No public, detailed refund policy for tuition payments (for example refunds on withdrawal or early termination and related notice periods) is published on the school's publicly available fee pages.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition amounts are published as monthly figures; a specific invoicing schedule (number of instalments per year, invoice dates, due dates, penalties for late payment) is not published on the public fee pages.
- The school provides bank details (IBAN and BIC) for its account, indicating bank transfer is accepted. Bank: Sozialbank AG; BIC: BFSWDE33XXX; IBAN: DE82 3702 0500 0001 5557 00.
- No publicly posted information about credit‑card payment acceptance or other online payment methods was found on the school's fee pages.

Fee payment options (as published)

- Bank transfer to the school's IBAN/BIC is published as a payment channel. No published information was found about payment by credit card, online payment platforms or automatic direct‑debit mandates.

Conversions to per‑term and per‑year figures (calculation method stated)

- The school publishes monthly tuition amounts only. Where a per‑year or per‑term value is required, the following conversions were used for consistency in this overview:
- Annual amount = published monthly amount × 12.
- Per‑term amount (illustrative) = published monthly amount × 4 (illustrative three‑term academic year assumption).

Brief note on published information gaps

- The school publishes the complete monthly fee tables (primary and secondary), the Hort voucher requirement and a flat Hort charge if no voucher is supplied, and the non‑refundable assessment fee. The public pages do not publish a detailed billing schedule (number and timing of instalments), comprehensive refund/withdrawal rules for tuition, or a list of accepted payment card/providers. Bank transfer (IBAN/BIC) details are published and are the only explicit payment channel shown.

Berlin Bilingual School provides a structured, two-country education for students aged 6 to 18. The school combines the Berlin State Curriculum with elements of a British framework and Cambridge IGCSE, supporting language development. The Primary School follows the Berliner Rahmenlehrplan, with 90-minute teaching blocks and 45-minute lessons. From Grade 3 onward, classes include an Erzieher:in in core subjects, and Grade 5 offers French or Spanish; English and German are taught at native level. The programme prepares students for bilingual qualifications in Secondary School, with more than half the staff native speakers and at least C1 proficiency in the other language. Primary classes are capped at 25 pupils. The campus for the Primary is in Friedrichshain, the Secondary in Pankow, connected by accessible transport links. Facilities include chemistry, music and art rooms, a library, a garden, and social work spaces; theatre, sport halls, and venues are used for performances and PE.
