The school has three main language sections: German, English and French. Parents of bilingual children can select the language department for their child. Children remain in the same language section when they transfer to primary. Tuition in the mother tongue is offered in nearly all European languages.
Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) is used across subjects. For example, some mathematics lessons have been taught entirely in English for French Section students, demonstrating immersion and development of academic English vocabulary.
