Cambridge Primary Programme, Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme, Cambridge Upper Secondary Programme (IGCSE), and Cambridge Advanced Programme (AS & A Levels) are offered. The Personal Development Programme (ages 12–18) includes Coaching, Approaches to Learning, Creativa, Careers, Personal Projects and the Duke of Edinburgh Award, with Wednesdays designated for PDP. Coaching is supported by flexible timetables and compacting to help learning partners progress toward their goals.
After School Activities include Art Club, Music Club and Yoga. Creativa offers teacher-led projects in the creative arts and sciences, focusing on real‑life learning experiences and STEAM. Before- and Afterschool Programmes run from 7:00 to 17:00 and include music, drama, art and sports.
English is the language of instruction, with daily German classes for all students and a strong emphasis on German; additional support is provided for non-English and non-German speaking students. ISW serves expatriate families and students from more than 30 nations.
After School Activities contribute to a balanced school life and provide opportunities to develop creativity, learn new skills and engage in physical activity (examples include Art Club, Music Club and Yoga). The Parents & Friends Events Committee organizes activities to welcome new families and enrich school life. Before- and After School Programmes include breakfast club, music, drama, art and sports.
The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award is offered, a global youth development programme with components in Service, Skills, Fitness and Expedition. Coaching provides each student with a personal coach to support their academic and personal goals. Approaches to Learning (ATL) develop key skills to help students become effective lifelong learners. Weekly Careers sessions are part of the PDP, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award also fosters leadership and initiative.
Early Morning & After School Care runs from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. After School Activities include Art Club, Music Club and Yoga to support wellbeing. The daily meals are prepared by Kochwerk using regional ingredients, with vegetarian and gluten-free options and allergen information provided. Certified first-aiders care for students' health and well-being.
International School Westpfalz (ISW) is a private, coeducational English-language day school in Landstuhl, Germany, serving ages 4 to 18. It offers Cambridge Pathways from Primary through A Levels, and is a Cambridge International Examinations center integrated with SBW Haus des Lernens.
