Tuition fees and Resource fees by year group (annual and per school term)
- Primary School (Early Years–Year 5): Annual tuition €15,600. Per school term (quarter) equivalent: €3,900. Resource Fee (annual): €280 (term equivalent €70).
- Lower Secondary (Years 6–8): Annual tuition €16,300. Per school term (quarter) equivalent: €4,075. Resource Fee (annual): €630 (term equivalent €157.50).
- Upper Secondary (Years 9–10): Annual tuition €16,800. Per school term (quarter) equivalent: €4,200. Resource Fee (annual): €720 (term equivalent €180).
- AS / A Levels (Years 11–12): Annual tuition €17,700. Per school term (quarter) equivalent: €4,425. Resource Fee (annual): €860 (term equivalent €215).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- School year period: 1 August to 31 July. Quarterly due dates: 15 August, 1 November, 1 February and 1 May. Annual single-payment option is accepted with a 2% discount if the full amount is received by 15 August; if the annual payment is not received by 15 August the account will automatically revert to quarterly billing and the 2% discount will be revoked. Changes in payment mode are only permitted at the start of a new academic year (other changes incur a €20 administration fee).
- Late enrolment: if a student enrols after 1 August, the school fee for the entire school quarter in which the student is enrolled becomes payable.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. IS Westpfalz operates as a full‑day international day school (no boarding programme and therefore no boarding fees).

Other costs and optional charges
- Resource Fee covers classroom materials, textbooks, reading books, technology fees, individual counselling and some in‑school support; external examination fees are not covered by tuition or resource fees and will be charged separately. Costs for lunch, after‑school activities, optional after‑school services, excursions, class trips, sports uniform and other third‑party services are charged separately.

Refunds, cancellations and contract duration
- Application cancellation: the Registration Fee (€950) and the School Development Fee (€3,500) are not refundable if an application is cancelled. If an application is cancelled after 1 July, the tuition fee for one month's instruction will be charged.
- Contract duration and termination: the minimum contract period is one school year; the contract renews automatically for the next school year. Ordinary termination is first permitted at the end of the minimum contract period; the notice period is one month to the end of the previous month (the written notice must be received by the school no later than the last day of the previous month). In case of extraordinary termination by the school, tuition is payable up to the date of termination. Even when termination is given in accordance with statutory notice, school fees for the current school year within the minimum contract period remain payable in full.

International School Westpfalz (ISW) is a private, coeducational English-language day school in Landstuhl, Germany, serving ages 4 to 18. It offers Cambridge Pathways from Primary through A Levels, and is a Cambridge International Examinations center integrated with SBW Haus des Lernens. The curriculum runs from Early Years (4–5) to Cambridge Primary (5–12), Lower Secondary (12–14), IGCSE (14–16) and Cambridge Advanced (AS & A Levels, 16–18). Instruction is in English with daily German classes and strong support for non‑English speakers. The campus is housed in a renovated 1852 nunnery; facilities include a new chemistry laboratory, interactive whiteboards, iPads and laptops, and meals prepared on site.
