Fees

Application / registration fees

- A non-refundable registration fee of EUR 199.00 is charged for participation in an Admission Day or Visitation Day (applies to Kindergarten, Elementary and Grammar School admission steps where specified).

- A one-time, non-refundable admission fee is charged upon offer of a place. For the Kindergarten the admission fee is EUR 630.00. For Elementary School and Grammar School the admission fee equals one month's individual tuition for positive annual incomes under EUR 50,000, and 2.5 times the monthly tuition for positive annual incomes over EUR 50,000 (tuition for these schools is income‑dependent).

Tuition and core fees (by school type / year groups)

- Kindergarten (monthly, by booking category):
- 4 to 5 hours a day: EUR 630.00 per month.
- 5 to 6 hours a day: EUR 703.00 per month.
- 6 to 7 hours a day: EUR 776.00 per month.
- 7 to 8 hours a day: EUR 849.00 per month.
- 8 to 9 hours a day: EUR 922.00 per month.
- 9 to 10 hours a day: EUR 995.00 per month.
- An annual development contribution of EUR 189.00 applies in addition to the monthly Kindergarten fee.
(These Kindergarten fees are already reduced by the City of Munich subsidy of EUR 100.00 per month where applicable.)

- Elementary School and Grammar School (tuition basis and year-group detail):
- Tuition for Elementary School and Grammar School is calculated on an income‑dependent basis (monthly amount determined from the positive annual income of the child's legal guardians); the school provides a tuition calculator for the correct bracket. Monthly tuition amounts are averaged over 12 months (see billing schedule). Specific fixed monthly tuition tables per year group are not published as flat rates; amounts are individual and determined through the school's income-based calculation.

Additional recurring services and per-child extras

- Catering (lunch + snacks): EUR 170.00 per month.

- Hort (after-school care) for school children (pedagogical care until 17:30, 5 days a week):
- Elementary School Hort: EUR 229.00 per month plus an annual development fee of EUR 249.00.
- Grammar School Hort: EUR 203.00 per month plus an annual development fee of EUR 249.00.
- Hort fees include holiday‑time care as stated (with specified exceptions).

- Shuttlebus (monthly, distance-based): ranges from EUR 308.80 to EUR 410.80 per month depending on distance category.

- créAktiva plus or individual music lessons and other individually booked talent development offers: charged additionally when booked.

- Books, digital media and class excursions are charged separately and are not included in the tuition.

- Sibling discount: 5% discount on school and Kindergarten fees for each additional sibling enrolled at the Campus.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- All fees based on a mixed calculation and must be paid in full for the period booked; monthly contributions are averaged over 12 months for the school year (August 1 to July 31) and therefore invoiced/collected across 12 months, including vacation periods.

- Before the first payment deadline the school issues an annual cost statement of all regular services for the relevant school year. The first invoice typically comprises the tuition, the admission fee and the school development fee as set out in the contract. Additional services booked via the service contract (e.g., food package, shuttle bus, Hort) are invoiced separately; additional fee-based services are invoiced quarterly.

- The monthly tuition amount for Elementary/Grammar is determined from annual income documentation (income tax assessment for two years prior). A provisional tuition may be charged if required documentation is not yet available; parents must submit proof of income by the stated deadlines or the highest income bracket may be applied for recalculation.

Boarding

- Boarding is not provided at Jules Verne Campus. The Campus comprises Kindergarten, Elementary School (Grundschule), Grammar School (Gymnasium) and Hort (after‑school care); no boarding program or boarding fees apply.

Other one-off or occasional fees and charges

- Registration/Admission: registration (EUR 199.00, non-refundable) and admission fee (non-refundable; Kindergarten EUR 630.00 or calculated admission fee in Elementary/Grammar as noted above).

- Holiday Club / missed-day charge in Hort: EUR 38.00 per missed holiday-club day when a child is registered but does not attend (unless officially registered sick for that day).

- Late collection fees (Hort / Kindergarten): first instance EUR 35.00 for every hour begun; second instance EUR 70.00 per hour begun; third instance EUR 150.00 per hour begun; repeated late pickups may be grounds for contract cancellation.

Refunds, contract termination and notice

- Registration fees and the admission fee are described as non‑refundable (admission fee covers administrative costs).

- Ordinary termination: termination of school and service contracts requires a notice period of 12 weeks to the contract cut‑off dates (January 31 and July 31). If notice is received after the stated deadline, school and service fees must be paid until July 31 of the school year even if the child leaves earlier. If a contract is booked or a child joins by October 15 of a school year the contract is deemed concluded on August 1 of that school year; fees are waived for the period between the start of the school year and the child's actual entry.

Fee payment methods

- The publicly available admissions and parent‑information documents set out invoicing timing and contractual terms but do not list explicit payment methods (for example: direct debit, SEPA, bank transfer, credit card). Billing is handled via formal annual cost statements and invoices as described above; the school's accounting contacts handle payments per the contract. For payment‑method details, parents complete contract paperwork and receive the invoice that specifies payment instructions.

Final practical points

- Monthly fee figures for Kindergarten, Hort, catering and shuttle bus are published as fixed monthly amounts; Elementary School and Grammar School tuition is income‑based and therefore set individually by the school's tuition calculator and documentation rules. A sibling discount of 5% applies. The first invoice includes admission and school development fees; additional services are invoiced separately, usually quarterly.

Note on availability of fixed year‑group tuition tables

- The school publishes fixed monthly prices for Kindergarten and for specific services (Hort, catering, shuttle), and describes how Elementary School and Grammar School tuition is determined (income‑dependent, calculated monthly and averaged over 12 months). No fixed per‑year flat tuition table for each Elementary/Gymnasium year group is published in the public admissions and parent brochure documents; tuition for those schools must be calculated through the school's income‑based process. This summary reflects the publicly available fee information for the 2025–2026 school year and the billing rules described in the school's admissions and parent brochure materials.

Facilities include a tree house library, an art studio, learning studios and the Oasis dining hall. Outdoor spaces feature a football field, climbing frame and bouldering wall. After-school Hort runs to 5:30 pm with options such as créAktiva. Distinctive programs include Curiosology and créAktiva, with Future Skills and coaching to foster independent learning and social-emotional development.
